These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bookings and stays at RV Lodges (“we”, “us”, “our”), located in Guisborough, North Yorkshire.
By making a booking, you (“the Guest”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Bookings & Payments
1.1 Booking confirmation
A booking is confirmed once we have received your completed reservation and any required payment or deposit. You will receive written confirmation by email.
1.2 Deposit & balance
A deposit (if applicable) must be paid at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid by the date specified during booking.
If payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
1.3 Prices
All prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
2.1 Guest cancellations
Our cancellation policy is as follows (you may adjust these to your business needs):
More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund
14–30 days before arrival: 50% refund
Less than 14 days before arrival: No refund
No-shows are non-refundable.
2.2 Our right to cancel
We may cancel your booking in exceptional circumstances, such as:
The lodge becomes unavailable due to maintenance or safety issues
Severe weather or events beyond our control
Failure to receive required payments
You will receive a full refund, but we are not liable for additional costs (e.g., travel or third-party fees).
3. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: from 3pm
Check-out: by 11am
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but is not guaranteed.
Failure to vacate the lodge on time may result in additional charges.
4. Guest Responsibilities
By staying with us, you agree to:
4.1 Care of the property
Keep the lodge, furnishings, and fixtures in good condition
Report any damage or issues as soon as possible
Not engage in any unlawful or disruptive activity
4.2 Maximum occupancy
You must not exceed the maximum number of guests stated for your lodge.
4.3 Cleanliness
The lodge should be left in a reasonable condition. Excessive cleaning may incur charges.
4.4 Damage & loss
You are responsible for any damage, breakages, or loss caused during your stay.
We reserve the right to charge for repair or replacement costs.
4.5 Smoking policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the lodge.
Smoking outdoors must be done responsibly.
4.6 Pets
Pets are only allowed if stated at booking and must follow any rules provided.
5. Safety & Conduct
5.1 Behaviour
We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if:
You cause nuisance to neighbours or staff
You engage in unsafe or illegal behaviour
You breach these Terms in a serious way
5.2 Personal belongings
We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to your belongings.
5.3 Safety
Guests must follow all safety instructions given for the lodge and facilities.
6. Facilities & Services
6.1 Availability
Certain facilities (e.g., Wi-Fi, hot tubs, parking) may be subject to availability, temporary maintenance, or disruptions outside our control.
6.2 Wi-Fi
Our Wi-Fi, where provided, is for reasonable personal use only. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
7. Events Outside Our Control
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Extreme weather
Power outages
Government restrictions
Natural disasters
Mechanical failures
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
Our total liability for direct losses is limited to the cost of your booking
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence
9. Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available upon request or on our website.

10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The version applicable to your booking is the one in place at the time of reservation.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
